Pleading - Please vote NO on amendments to Titles 16 and 22 of the LA County Code

As a member of the Los Angeles community I beg you to pay attention the following important requests on the grounds that pulsed microwave radiation is proven to be toxic and biologically harmful while all current standards are thermally based and completely ignore our biology.

• I want to know in advance if a wireless antenna is going to be installed in front of my home or apartment, and I deserve the opportunity to have my voice heard. Don't take this right away from me!

• I believe everyone in Los Angeles County is entitled to reliable, affordable, safe, future-proof high-speed fiber optic internet access. People in underserved communities deserve the same quality internet as people in the rest of the developed world.

• I urge you to adopt the "redlined" versions of Title 16 and 22 that were submitted by Fiber First LA. The placement of wireless infrastructure must have public knowledge and input.

• PLEASE VOTE NO on amendments to Titles 16 and 22 of the LA County Code.

Dear Ms. von der Leyen

You should fire Mr. Anthony Whelan, because he's giving you and member states of European Commission wrong advice regarding 5G technology. He just spoke at an industry conference and it became very evidence what he's about.

Mr. Whelan is singing the wicked industry's song, and dancing to the tune of the morally (and perhaps financially) corrupt wireless industry which is pushing for more and more deployment of their microwave generating cell antennas.

Mr. Whelan should be fired because he's totally ignoring credible science that in his position he should be very well aware of -- which unequivocally states that microwave pollution causes DNA damage and a host of other biologically damaging effects which the current safety standards completely ignore.

Your commission has also ignored a very clear call from a huge number of experts that have warned you against deployment of 5G (see www.5gappeal.eu -- and www.emfscientist.org). These are scientists who are not prostitutes to the industry and their call is out of grave concern for humanity, for people of EU and the world, for health, well-being, biological integrity, happiness and wholeness of us humans.

On the contrary, the wicked wireless industry and their cronies only care about money. Don't fool yourselves. This is NOT about the economy. Mr. Whelan can pack his bags and leave his post and nothing adverse will happen to the economy.

You cannot sell people's DNA-integrity to the greed of the wireless industry, leave people uninformed, fail to educate them as EU has totally filed in that (about harms, risks, safe use of technology), lie to them about safety, deceive them into believing they need what they absolutely do not need -- nobody needs faster downloads and driverless cars at the expense of their DNA integrity.

Ms. von der Leyen, you need to stand for what's right and shut this stupid, wicked song that's sung by Mr. Whelan and the industry. People of Europe are fed up with lies and your office ignoring real science. It's time to pay attention to real science and not paid-manipulated dogmatic science.

The song Mr. Whelan sings is the same song that the Church sang in Dark Ages. The Earth is no longer flat Ms. von der Leyen.

Stop pushing the member states to expedite their 5G deployment which will make hell out of Europe. It's already hell with 4G. Most people live in radiation levels that are 100's of times the biologically safe limit (see the Bioinitiative Report). And they receive no education from governments (e.g. on use of wired-internet at home which is far safer than WiFi, and that their phone was never meant to be a movie theater -- heavy download or streaming not only overloads the networks but it generates a huge amount of harmful radiation.

The safe way to go about this -- and not lose much -- is to keep cell towers out of residential areas and inner cities. Teach people how to use the technology safety so they don't overload the networks. 4G can serve people from a far distance and NOT be biologically harmful for those who are not connected to it. And those who connect must learn the right, socially responsible, healthy way of using the technology.

That's the holistic way of going about this problem. The current industry's way is utterly stupid and ruins the world with more and more antennas, and stronger antennas, more DNA damage which is very very dangerous for the future of humanity.

Please use your common sense and think for yourself instead of being manipulated by the industry and their spokespeople on your team.

You should also lobby Germany to STOP funding ICNIRP which is a cesspool of industry-bias. ICNIRP should be dissolved and completely redefined -- and not by industry.

Your 5G article of 12 May 2019 is hilarious. It reeks of moral corruption, i.e., knowingly lying to people about the most important thing in their life: HEALTH.

Verizon and New York Times' joint venture to build a "journalism lab" is a comic testimony to that corruption. Sounds like a boiler room where New York Times would help Verizon -- which is on record for lying to people about safety -- to brainwash people into believing their toxic technology is safe.

Fact is 5G is unnecessary, untested, unhealthy. 4G is just as bad but 5G is even worse because the frequency can be boosted much higher. 4G has already ruined our cities. WiFi has ruined homes, banks, restaurants, cinemas, police offices, etc etc etc -- it's everywhere just as smoking was in the 1940's. WiFi, 4G, 5G, microwaves, Smart Meters, cell phones (when connected via wireless), Bluetooth all emit HF-EMF which has been shown through thousands of studies to cause biological damage.

Current standards are decades old and are based on physics. Hundreds of peer reviewed, published in HF-EMF, are crying about this. Useless Nations (UN) has ignored their call to tighten the standards (www.emfscientist.org) for years, and EU and other captured governments have ignored the call of hundreds of scientists and doctors about 5G (www.5gappeal.eu).

Verizon CEO has the nerve to go on camera and lie through his teeth about safety. He should be put in jail for that. Same with other companies, including Swisscom (Switzerland's biggest wireless provider majority-owned by the government) which is on record for lying to people about safety. These companies and others like them know perfectly well that RF-EMF causes DNA damage, cancer, and a whole host of other health issues. But they are intentionally ignoring it. Not only they're not living up to their social responsibility of honestly informing people about the risks, they're lying to people..

And New York Times has gone to bed with this corrupt ordeal. Congratulations!

For those of you not familiar with Mr. Joseph Edelman, here are some excerpts from his biography:

He's a grandson of a Jewish emigrant who came to the USA with no money. His grandmother died from brain cancer. His father was a renowned scientist. He spent time in Israel and said the talent there was extraordinary. Years later, Mr. Edelman, as a biotech analyst, and self-made billionaire hedge fund manager, took a sizable position in Foamix, a biotech company with a topnotch science developed by Israeli scientists. It was later merged/acquired by an American company, VYNE Therapeutics, and is now trading on Nasdaq as VYNE. Mr. Adelman's Perceptive Advisors still owns a significant stake in VYNE. Last quarter he upped his stake in VYNE by $5,000,000.

Perceptive's focus is small- and mid-cap biotechs, and it's done really well.

Mr. Edelman takes a particular interest in mental health, and has done a lot of good work in that area.

@Mr. Edelman, if you're reading this, first, thanks for your support of VYNE. Second, please check out the field of microwave pollution. Several credible studies link it to mental health and cognitive issues, aside from numerous medical conditions.

The wireless industry with backing from FCC and FDA, has become one of the biggest cases of evil in human history. Their entire agenda is based on lies and misinformation. FDA has posted an outright lie on their website, which has become a point of reference worldwide (1). FCC is in bed with the industry (2). Scientists worldwide are crying about the topic but a corrupt UN/WHO/IARC/ICNIRP has turned a deaf ear (3).

Your article about 5G (https://edition.cnn.com/2020/06/14/tech/5g-health-conspiracy-debunked/index.html) is a HUGE let down of science, of dignity integrity and every positive value that true scientific spirit stands for, and a miserable failure in journalistic integrity.

I demand that you immediately remove, or correct your garbage article which is FULL of falsehoods and cold-blooded lies. Did you even bother researching the topic? Or did your bosses dictate it to you, and told you who to talk to to get the industry lines, in favor of whomever is pulling their strings.

When the wicked wireless industry spends a $100m/year buying members of congress, buying CNN is a piece of cake for it. I don't have the facts, but your pathetic articles makes it hard to believe such a trash can be written without influence by beneficiaries.

I don't have time to waste on educating your ignorant mind. But you can even use Google (you know how?) to get yourself some free education before you spew your stupid ideas and deceive the masses about a critical matter of public health; and thereby, convincing your readers to utilize a very dangerous technology that has not been shown via even ONE long-term study, to be safe.

Your article completely ignored the fact that even 4G is not safe. Even WiFi, Bluetooth are not safe. Your article conveniently ignores the call of hundreds of scientists who have done research on the topic, and have peer-reviewed publications on it that show RF-EMF (5G, 4G, WiFi, etc.) are BIOLOGICALLY damaging. Did you figure out that the standards are only based on PHYSICS (thermal effect) and therefore totally ignore our biology?!

Did you know thousands of studies show biological impact?

Let me know what you plan on doing with this article because as is, it's a HUGE violation of people's basic rights to fair journalism. and we will consider legal action to force you to retract that garbage, if you don't cooperate. Just curious -- if you've considered taking the BIG action in this case which potentially could be the tipping point for the whole world.

The crooks have gotten away with lying for a long time with the chief crook, FCC, being their front men.

I believe you have a good rational fair case to sue

I can't believe Christopher "Kit" Oase sat there and lied through his teeth -- I'm sure they know the studies. When so many other professors and scientist told you guys it's the radiation that caused the cancer, and given so many studies we have, how could Kit not know!

They cannot forever hide behind each other.

Your lawsuit will expose the whole criminal conspiracy between FCC and industry and its impact.

What happened to y'all is what every parent dreads. Please consider taking this move -- consult with an attorney -- you could even sue yourselves without a lawyer -- it cost you 300 or so bucks to file. Telecom act cannot be used as defense either when some entities engaged in criminal action -- e.g. FCC saying we don't know - go to FDA and the rest of the bullshit. They know exactly what they're doing.

There are strong allegations that XR leaders are in bed with the wireless lobby/industry. I do not know if this is true, but based on a documentary I saw there seems to be something to the story.

I am an activist leader on RF pollution which is a huge issue that effects all life on Earth, and the Earth itself. I am also a bigtime environmentalist and care deeply about the Earth and its well-being.

It would be really good if you two or one of you, issues a statement and make your position clear on this topic -- just to clear the air. For example:

1) We, the founders of XR, have no affiliations with nor sympathy or support for the Wireless Industry. We view RF Pollution as a serious threat to health, and believe exposure to RF pollution should be minimized, and governments and industry should be truthful with people about this.

[ fact is there's a massive amount of lying going on by industry and government and we're holding the Swiss government for example, accountable. A massive letter endorsed by over 20 top experts is coming out soon, as a massive exposé of the conflict of interest and misrepresentation of credible science in this industry, and moral corruption within government regulators.

Also see www.emfcrisis.com -- e.g. the scientist videos -- the science is solid -- current standards industry uses/loves completely ignore biological damage, and are only thermal based. ]

Or if this is truly your idea, make it clear. the obscurity is killing it and gives rise to all kinds of speculation of corruption, dishonesty, etc.

2) We, the founders of XR, like the Wireless industry. We've had ties with them, and still do [or don't], based on the [false] belief that wireless industry will provide lower emissions [ this is so untrue ] .

You have a responsibility to all the young people who follow you. You cannot preach about climate crisis while ignoring the massive issue right in front of eyes -- take an Acousticom2 and measure your house (unless you're on wired internet and it's just good for others, like telecom exec think). Measure any city you're in and see if the level of RF pollution is over 20 mV/m (safe limit -- see www.bioinitiative.org)

You'll be surprised to see it at 1000, 3000, 6000 mV/m and above -- which is surely damaging DNA and causing cancer and an array of other biological issues the wicked industry ignores, and lies to people saying it's safe. The verdict is very clear about this topic. We want to be on board with XR and Vice Versa.
