Around 2000 of D3 per day is important unless you get good bit of sun already.
Get off the contraceptive. The more I learn about it the stupider it looks. And have talked to a number of women (no mention of you). If you don't think you should get off it, that's a side effect of it on the brain too !
Make time to do even 10 minutes of yoga and a brisk walk and you'll be shocked how your overall health improves. Exercise is a big boost to the immune system.
Avoid added sugar which is addictive and toxic. Necessary sugar can come from fruits etc.
Get enough sleep.
