I used to like this Klara’s Kitchen in Zurich (vegan organic cafe in Zurich - although I am not vegan - I am non-meat-eater), until I found out that they store leftover food in plastic bags. So next day you get lots of micro plastics in your food. And they cook the rice in the most awful old Teflon rice cooker. Teflon by itself is very problematic for health. Their Teflon pot looked very old and a lot of the Teflon had actually peeled off already, where does it go? Right in the food. So when you eat rice cooked in an old, peeled Teflon rice cooker, you are probably consuming some Teflon far more than you would if this was not a scraped pot. With the tons of money they make, the fact that they have not bother replacing that pot, shows how much they don't care about customers health, despite the façade of organic, vegan which is supposed to be healthy although it's questionable whether vegan is healthy because most vegans don't get enough key nutrients like Choline but that's beside the point.

Angesichts der enormen Gewinne, die sie erzielen, zeigt die Tatsache, dass sie sich nicht die Mühe gemacht haben, diesen Topf zu ersetzen, wie wenig ihnen die Gesundheit ihrer Kunden am Herzen liegt, trotz der Fassade von Bio und Vegan, die eigentlich gesund sein sollte, obwohl es fraglich ist, ob vegan wirklich gesund ist, da die meisten Veganer nicht genügend wichtige Nährstoffe wie Cholin zu sich nehmen, aber das ist eine andere Frage.
