The analysis and design activities required a significant level of interface with users throughout the organization. Ray got along well with all the users. He used a combination of Pascall, Datatrieve, FORTRAN, Workflow and other languages and tools to create and test the various programs and reports that he developed. Some of the problems were difficult and required complex solutions; however, Ray always was able to grasp the problems quickly and design and implement effective solutions. Ray's assignments were consistently completed on-time and in a professional manner. One of Ray's major accomplishments was the design and development of a complete Quality Assurance System for the Manufacturing Quality organization.
